Virtual tours are hosted using Zoom video conferencing software. Zoom software is free to download and can be found here.
The virtual tour lasts approximately 50 minutes and is led by returned missionaries who will virtually guide you through different locations on the MTC campus while sharing insights into a missionary's MTC experience. Groups will also have opportunities to interact with the tour guides throughout the experience.

Youth Groups
Youth Groups
Youth Group Virtual Tours are intended to be scheduled by stake or ward leaders. These interactive tours are hosted via Zoom and can be viewed from one large screen in a church meetinghouse or a leader's home. Throughout the tour, youth can participate in interactive activities using their personal electronic devices. The experience is designed to complement the four areas of personal development outlined in the Youth Guidebook.

Family/Public Virtual Tours are available via Zoom. These tours provide a unique opportunity to experience what it is like to be a missionary at the Provo Missionary Training Center. Throughout the tour, guests are invited to participate using Zoom's chat feature as the guides help them experience the MTC. Although the presentation is designed with youth and prospective missionaries in mind, guests of all ages are welcome to join.

The MTC can accommodate large groups through Zoom. The number of available spots is displayed on the event scheduling page.
Only one reservation is required per group, regardless of the number of participants.
If I can't make the date and time on my ticket, is it okay to join at another time?

If you are unable to participate at your scheduled date and time, please cancel your current reservation and make a reservation for another time. To cancel an existing reservation, please click on the 'Change/Cancel Appointment' button found on the initial confirmation email or send a message to MTC-Tours@churchofjesuschrist.org

You are not required to have your camera on; however, turning it on allows the tour hosts to better connect and interact with you.

Depending on the number of participants, opportunities for verbal questions and comments may be limited. Throughout the tour, guests are encouraged to ask questions and interact with the tour hosts using Zoom's chat feature.
